Leadership Dilemma
- Should i allow others to help me or i will loose prestige?
- I know better than all my subordinates?
- I will go on increasing my take home and compromising the benefits on others.
- penny wise pound foolish
- Should i change or just manage the show?
- Should i change leadership position dynamic or fixed?
- Should i select the best leadership team which will take the organisation to the top or i will select as per my convenience?
- should i look into future growth and vision or just manage the organisation on day to day basis.
