Greetings.
Since long time i have been requested by many corporate executives to share my Mantras of Sales Excellence for open forums. Today i thought of sharing few mantras from my incoming book NOBODY LIKES TO BE SOLD- Mastering the Art of Selling.

Sales Success Secrets

Be truthful and ethical in the market with all the stakeholders.
Don't cheat the customers. Tell the fact and submit apology for the mistake.
Choose your segment carefully. 
Art of listening and questioning matters the most.  
Rather than doing push (anyhow sales) sales try to implement pull (help the customers) sales.
Treat your employees properly because at the end of the day it is they who will bring the sales. 
Sales people need proper and continuous training about the latest and best practices in sales.
Sales conditioning of the staff is very essential. 
They (Sales staff) need to be conditioned with an outstanding belief system.
Handle objections carefully with patience and close the sales with honesty and integrity.

1. Should i allow others to help me or i will loose prestige?
2. I know better than all my subordinates?
3. I will go on increasing my take home and compromising the benefits on others. 
4. penny wise pound foolish
5. Should i change or just manage the show?
6. Should i change leadership position dynamic or fixed?
7. Should i select the best leadership team which will take the organisation to the top or i will select as per my convenience?
8. should i look into future growth and vision or just manage the organisation on day to day basis.
