Art of listening and questioning matters the most.
Rather than doing push (anyhow sales) sales try to implement pull (help the customers) sales.
Treat your employees properly because at the end of the day it is they who will bring the sales.
Sales people need proper and continuous training about the latest and best practices in sales.
Sales conditioning of the staff is very essential.
They (Sales staff) need to be conditioned with an outstanding belief system.
Handle objections carefully with patience and close the sales with honesty and integrity.
